FAE engineer

Work content：

1、Responsible for the company's electronic components quality analysis； 

2、Responsible for the company's incoming inspection related work, determine the material acceptance criteria, develop relevant inspection instructions, improve and maintain the test documentation and test procedures； 

3、Quickly deal with the anomalies that occur during the material inspection process, continuously optimize the inspection methods and means to reduce the inflow of undesirable materials;

4、Can understand the specifications of each main control IC chip, understand circuit analysis;

5、Conduct technical and statistical analysis of bad materials, and negotiate with suppliers when disputes arise;

6、Work with the Treasury to return the defective materials and assist the procurement department to do a good job in supplier management and assessment;

7、Understand the skills and methods of handling customer complaints, and solve all relevant problems at the customer site;

Job Requirements: 

1、College degree or above, quality analysis and related experience of electronic components are preferred;

2、Have a good sense of responsibility, be motivated, and follow up on the issue in a timely manner;

3、Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers and related departments, and maintain good relations;

4、Have a sense of teamwork.
